In one embodiment said dendritic cells are generated from allogeneic inducible pluripotent stem cells, for some uses, said pluripotent stem cells are genetically engineered\/edited to induce cancer specific immunity and\/or resist immunosuppressive effect of tumor derived microenvironment.
